We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items unless they are deemed faulty.
  • Please note that with hand block printed and naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design and that is what makes it unique. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault and it is up to the discretion of The Bagru Prints to determine whether or not this is a legitimate fault.
  • Though every product is thoroughly checked before shipping, still in case the product is found legitimately faulty, the product will be replaced with the same product if in stock.
  • If the product is not available in the stock, you will be asked to choose a different product of the same value or we will offer you a full refund for your purchase
  • All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact. If any item is shipped to you incorrectly or is damaged, please write to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thebagruprints.com.

We will send you the product, which you have selected for exchange only after we receive the original product from you.
All cases are considered within 1 week from the date of receipt of the original product. In case the item has been purchased on a sale, unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


We ship countrywide. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All items are shipped within 7 days of the order being placed.
  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing an order, we would normally take 10-14 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out and inform us in advance.

How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped to your specified address via reputed logistics service provider.

What are the shipping costs?
For all deliveries within India, we offer free delivery for a minimum purchase of INR 1000/-. For orders less than INR 1000/-, shipping charge of INR 100/- will be added to your bill amount.

Will I be charged for any taxes or duties in case of domestic shipping?
No. All orders to your provided shipping address are including taxes/duties within India.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
This is not guaranteed, however, we can try if the order has not been shipped.

Why was my package undeliverable?
In case of shipping within India, our logistics service partner (courier) will attempt delivery 3 times at the address specified by you, before considering the package as “undeliverable”.
Here are some reasons why your package may be determined “undeliverable” by our logistic service partner (courier):

• Incorrect address: We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. Please check carefully to make sure that you have provided correct shipping address and PIN code.

• Failed delivery attempts: Our logistic service partner (courier) will attempt delivery three (3) times at the address specified by you in the order. If you are not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package (and make payment in case of COD).

• Refused by recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error, the package will be returned to us as “undeliverable”. Kindly inform your gift recipient that they should expect a package from us to ensure proper delivery.

Can I gift-wrap the order?
Not yet, but we will implement it in coming future.

Do you offer international shipping?
No, we only ship in India. If you like, any of our products and want an international shipping please contact us on support@thebagruprints.com for further assistance and charges.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will only be accepted if your order has not been shipped.

It may happen at times, items that are listed as ‘in stock’ may in fact not be. We apologize if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. We give you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.
All the prices are in INR (Indian Rupee) and including taxes (if applicable). We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion without notice.
